We have a bugaboo cam and DD is 6 months old and I have just stopped using the bassinet. It is awesome, we used it on the pram and around the house - soooo easy.

We used ours until DS was about 3 months old, but because he was born in March and it was still pretty warm, he used to get cooked in thereas it was pretty deep and not much breeze went through it. The main reason I bought it was because my pram (Baby Jogger City Elite) was not suitable for a newborn (I read a review on the pram before I bought it) and I wanted bub to face me for a while. I didn't use it for going out much as DS was a big baby so he started to feel cramped up in there pretty quickly.

A friend of mine has just moved her DD out of her Bertini (I think) into a cot and she's about 7 months. She liked the bassinet because she had an April baby and it was getting cool. She used it for everything and being a pram could have the "bed" anywhere in the house she was.
