I can't comment on the HAB, but I do have a Close Carrier.
- It's supposed to last until about 11kgs (I think - not sure where I've put the booklet with the info),
- adjustable,
- very easy to get on (DH can use it easily too but chooses not to
we picked a colour that we both would wear but he doesn't wear it)
- no trying to tie it as it has the slip ring (I can't think of the exact words that describe the rings) type fastening.
- You can wear it to BF (my DS didn't like it so didn't succeed with that option).
- Bubs can eventually go facing out - DS just starting this - as well as facing in.
- I love the fact that the straps go over both shoulders and I've only had trouble with sore shoulders when I've got trouble with my feet - after standing for ages - not very often.
- Bub's arms are able to be tucked in or let out - so strap doesn't go over their shoulders - as bubs gets older (about 4mths I think) and demands to move around to look at everything.
- When taking DS out in the car I just wear the CC sling in the car as it's really easy to get him into the sling when getting him out the car.
but it doesn't let you put bubs on your back according to the booklet or on your hips
Overall Imy CC.
