We don't have any actual experience with it yet (given that this is our first child I am pregnant with). But DH and I will be getting the strider plus. I don't know how it goes fold up size wise compared to other prams, becasue we've never had any others. But I do know you can change the seat to it's either forward or rear facing, and you can get an extension thingy (thingy being the technical term ) that enables you to put on a second seat. So you can theoretically have both an infant and a toddler seat fitted to it.
It also has a baby capsule attachment you can buy for it. That can be attached to the pram and is able to be taken and fitted as a proper baby capsule in your car.
From memory, the Strider plus (which comes with a baby/toddler seat) is about $600. I can't remember what the extension thingy to enable a second seat cost. But a second toddler seat is about $150 and the baby capsule is about $300.
