Hi
I have the Phil and Teds Classic
Re the coocoon I wouldnt buy one, we didnt use one after 3 months with both our girls, just use blankets or a sleeping bag?
Bootspace - takes up 1/2 my boot (have a mazda 3) - hard to get in and out of my boot as its a sedan
Pushing - great - turns one handed when u only have 1 child in there.
double seats - do you mean toddler seat? when baby is in newborn position and toddler seat up top it ok depending on how much your toddler weighs. Julia was squashing Tara's legs for a while there as she is 15kgs. Also hard to get to the basket at the bottom of the pram
Flimsy? - not at all we have had ours for 3 years now and nothing has ripped or broken.
Lightweight - not really 11kgs is not lightweight after we have been using a Maclaren stroller thats 6.5kgs
Overall rating - meeh 6/10
pantwearer we only used our cocoon for 4 months - ds was a small bub - but it was great, i would even put him to sleep in it on the kitchen bench when we were at home, lol.. and great for going out or visiting friends.
yep, i wouldnt waste your money! wait till next time
ds is only 8.6kg now! so i could keep squezzing him in it for a bit longer and get my money's worth!
We have a sports and love it. Use it with the doubles too as my 3yo doesn' walk very fast and i have to dash Osc to school heheh
It's such a great pram - it's my 5th so am quite expereinced at prams! Only reason i didn't get one straight away was that i lived in Townsville and you couldn't get them there 5 years ago!
It turns on a sixpence easily with one hand when fully loaded. Certainly wouldn't describe it as flimsy. teh design is great and they seem to have thought of everything.
I think it folds up nice and small though can't really comment on boot space as we have a terry and they have huge boots so not an issue but my friend used to have a golf and hers fitted in there fine.
Can't sing it's praise high enough!
good luck

eta would give it 9.5/10
I am trying to love my P&T Sport. It's not bad, but I don't think I'd buy it again if given the choice.
We only bought it as I thought it was the best solution for a newborn and a toddler. Am still awaiting the birth of #2, but have been using it for DD since its purchase. Grr, DF was using the zips and broke off both of the P&T tags.
I find it difficult to unfold, it's kind of hit / miss for me atm. However I have mastered folding it up.
Steering wise it's brilliant, but I find going for walks along the local creek or anywhere on a slight hillside it's quite unstable. (That's probably the case for most 3 wheelers though?).
I have the red one, I think if I could go back in time I'd select the black one in hope that marks / food spillages don't show so easily.
One thing I do miss on it is the lack of space for carrying bags (whether it be shopping bags or a nappy bag) - so I got my dad to make hooks which attach to each side to use for bag carrying, which actually adds to the overall stability.
I have a stationwagon so space isn't an issue for me.
Good luck with your selection!
