Ideas for decorating a girls room that will be ok from 0-6?

I think Wall stickers, mobiles and prints are a great inexpensive way to add a theme to the nursery because you can interchange them easily and you can just use the colours for manchester and the more expensive items without committing to a theme forever with everything you put in the room
I think all little girls would love butterflies though! Some of the other themes I have seen around lately are birds, owls and babushka dolls, trees, ponies....

I have my first girl after two boys..I went on to the giggles smiles website and purchased the tree, bird house and squirrel set. I love it. It seems to suit most girl ages.
