I think Wall stickers, mobiles and prints are a great inexpensive way to add a theme to the nursery because you can interchange them easily and you can just use the colours for manchester and the more expensive items without committing to a theme forever with everything you put in the room
I think all little girls would love butterflies though! Some of the other themes I have seen around lately are birds, owls and babushka dolls, trees, ponies....
