We have the Valco Runabout 2. Have had it for 6 years and on our third child. DH runs with alot it and we have the toddler seat on the front which is just the best!! We have had no problems with it other than a flat tyre which we got a replacement tube from the local baby shop on the spot and the local bike shop fixed a spoke for us. When we first moved here the footpaths were terrible or non existent and this pram just goes 'outback' no problems.. I am still using it with our DD and our sometimes quite lazy DS2in the toddler seat. As nattyfred said the only draw back is baby can't see you but that hasn't been an issue with us. The other positive is this pram turns around on 20cm coin (so to speak) and you can also have the front wheel so it doesn't swivel (for when you run with it). Only downside is it doesn't fit through a normal aisle at the supermarket, you have to use the diabled aisle or express aisle that tend to be a bit wider.
Other thing is you may want to check it fits into your boot when folded..easy to fold but doesn't fold totally flat.
True to form..another long post
Good luck
