I have a terry sling one on a metal frame. It's soft and washable. Was about $15. I've seen them in Target too.
I bought a flasher one from a baby shop for $20 - it has a cushion for their head. Made by infa.
It's lower in the bath than the plastic ones so uses less water, and mucher more comfy.
