Pretty sure my lease also says nothing on the walls even though in some spots in the house they're already marked from previous occupants (covered in the condition report) so I don't really want to take the risk with wall type stuff.

Love the idea of cushions on the chair - I have a wicker chair with footrest that will be in there as my feeding chair, needs a new sheepskin but then adding a bright cushion would work quite well.
