I was considering both these prams for the same reason but choose the Joolz Bloom instead because of the extendable footrest that neither the peg or bebe have.
I think the peg is very good quality and was quite disappointed with the flimsy feel of the bebe. Basically the Bebe is a Childcare brand and I had a Childcare pram for DS who is now nearly 5 and the pram is still good. I think from my looking and fiddling with the Bebe for a while ( a couple of visits to the store!!) it feels far more rickity than the older childcare prams. Also, each time I asked for a demo of the bebe each of the store ladies had to get help and the instructions and it took ages for all of us to work out the different ways to collapse, convert and opperate it. And it pinched my fingers three times! Oww.
I would have bought the skate over the bebe as it was a well made and simpler design - but found the Joolz more suitable.
