Thanks Trish, was hoping you would see my post.
You know why I am looking.
The one we have is fine but I am looking for something that stores easily and it must have a cover. When I bought mine years ago it didn't come with a cover.
We have the phil and teds cot and after a couple of goes, it's actually not too hard to put it up (mind you, we travel a bit, so we've had a fair bit of practice!)
Fold up nicely and bubs is comfy in there- bonus for us is that when he grows out of it, we'll still have the mattress for camping
I have the Phil and Teds and I love it! Now that we have the putting up and packing up sorted I don't find it time consuming. There is no way I wanted to lug my old portacot around with the new baby, they take up so much room!!
My little sister travels the world and her phil and teds goes in her suitcase. I love that it is completely covered in, great for camping. And the zip sides are great for when they are bigger. My Niece is still in hers at 3 years. If you do end up getting one. The mattress is supposed to go in a slot that they have there, but then there is no way to put sheets or anything in. So I put the mattress in the top as you would the other type of cots, I made my own sheets and have a lambswool as well.
Goodluck, I know there are a few like these on the market now. I think the other one is Kinderkram or something like that.
