Hi all
I have bought a Steelcraft Cruiser stroller for when baby arrives in January but now its been decided that when she's six weeks old we're moving over to England. We don't have the infant carrier or bassinet, just the pram bit because the carrier base won't go in our car.
I'm debating whether I should just send this pram over in its box so its there for us when we arrive and buy a very cheap pram in the meantime to get me through six weeks.
DH doesn't seem to understand that we can't send the bit we have and just get the infant carrier to tide us through - he doesn't seem to get that the carrier clips onto the pram base and that without it the base is just essentially a car seat... surprising given that he's an engineer
I also don't want to go six weeks as a new mum without a pram at all (which he thinks is perfectly fine btw). I doubt I'll want to carry her absolutely everywhere I go.
So, my question is - does it fold down completely flat? I know we can check up to 10kg for the baby, which would essentially be the pram and nothing else.
Can anyone recommend a super cheap pram that will do the job for a newborn until we get to England?
What would you do if you were in this situation and money was an issue?
I'm a bit lost on this one so sorry if my post is a bit all over the place. thanks!![]()
