We bought a Valco runabout with DS1 & still going strong 6 years later. So try looking at what they have these days. I love it too for the toddler attachment
Always carry your pump though & repair kit in the basket if out walking - i have been caught out once ...........
Try Adventure Buggy, Mountain Buggy or Jeep for good 'off-road' prams. Other brands which are still all-terrain but more designed for a bit of everything (so more footpaths and bumpy tracks with the occassional off-road) then try Baby Jogger (we've bought the City Elite) or Phil and Teds.
Thanks for the info I can't beleive how expensive some of these prams are! I'm looking at the Valco Matrix PLus - looks pretty cool and at $499 is half the price of the Mountain Buggy (which I love but just can't afford). I have rung a local store who has one in stock so I'll check it out on Wednesday when I head into town.
I have just brought the Maclaren MX3, its only just been delivered and I havent been able to actually use it yet. It was about $550, so not sure if thats in your price range or not?
Nice big tyres (and you get a pump) and the suspension looks great
Hi - I ended up buying the Valco Matrix Plus - it was $479.00 and comes with the baby bassinette, and a pump for the tyres too. It looks so cool and DH can't stop playing with it!!
