Projection lamp/night light...

...I'm thinking of getting one of these for DD's room when she eventually moves into it.

Can anyone recommend either a colour changing light or a lamp type set up that projects lights? I don't know what they are officially called! It doesn't need to make noise or play lullabies, and if it was battery operated it would be great as we only have one power outlet, but if it's corded thats okay.

Do they tend to go for awhile or only like 5 mins? Sorry I realise how clueless I sound.... oh and has anyone found they help with self settling? Guess that's fairly important too TIA

We use something similar, a fisher price rainforest soother. It plays for upto 18 minutes and dd turns it on herself as she needs it. It plays music and it has a blue light which seems to encourage her to go to sleep. Dd loves it and has had it since she was born.
