Rearrange or not to rearrange - that is the question

Arrhhhh ok so I think I am beginning to nest.

I have had the nursery 3 different ways since it was completed and now I feel like I want to change it but then I have no idea how to there is only so much you can do with a space.

Here is the nursery, my link button isn't working with my new internet thing (safari not explorer)

I am also deliberating over removing the bed and/or adding a nursing chair but again no idea.

Just to explain one thing the picture was taken standing in the door way so as you are looking at it next to me on the right there is a ceiling to floor cupboard. On the right wall there is a sash hung window which is the only one in the room so really the bed can only go on the facing wall from the door or the left wall.

have a look at some of my other piccies in the nursery albu I htink I have it arranged a few different ways in there as well.

PLease be brutelly honest, DH likes it best like this and doesn't want it changed but I a not so sure.

    Thanks all for your advice

I think it is beautiful Maybe leave it as it is and rearrange after bub is here if you aren't happy or find it isn't functional

    either way it looks gorgeous

Awww . I think it looks great the way it is now, everything lines up nicely and it looks neat and tidy. I love your furniture, it's absolutely beautiful!

I understand how you feel though! We finally set up the nursery last weekend and I made poor DH move things around so many times until I was finally satisfied LOL! I don't want to change it again or it'll do my head in.

Whatever happens, don't move the furniture yourself!

I like it like this... And keep the bed in there... Cause I am sure there will be many times when it comes in handy for you...

I think it looks great. We only have a cot and a stereo in Miss M's room - and the rest of the room is used for storage space!! lol

We figure that she only sleeps in there (hmm well when she's not in our bed) and she doesn't play in that room, she plays in the lounge or in DS's bedroom. So its working for us at the moment

Thanks ladies, when I first arranged it like this it "felt right" uncluttered considering what is actually in there, the flow felt good. I just keep looking at it and feel like I need to do something.

There will eventually be stuff in the huge gaps between the ceiling and the teddy border but not until bubbie comes.

I said to DH this morning that I am feeling restless and like I need to fix something or rearrange something. I am restraining from buying anything baby as DH doesn't want me to until we get past 25 weeks seriously I don't think I will last the next 6 weeks

I could wash my MCN's but then I will need to do that later on before bub arrives

    Quick somebody distract me

If that pic is looking in from the doorway, I would personally have the cot where the bed is and the bed where the cot is. I (still) find myself liking the fact that I can check up on Harry just by looking in from the doorway rather than having to walk over to the cot and look in (if that makes sense?)
Your bubs room is beautiful Nae, I really love it.

    Thanks Lisa,
I tried the cot where the bed is but the length of it starts covering the window if I run it the same way, hmmmm I wonder how it would look if I did it diagonally NOW there is an idea.
Only bugger about the bed side is it is on two external walls and there is no insulation in the walls, but then we don't get the draft coming from under the door.... ahhhhh tooooo many things to work out.

    my brain is over stimulated
