We bought a strider initially and after a few problems we decided to get the bj city select. Thankfully we borrowed a friends first to try it and it didn't work at all for us. We found the seat configurations only really worked if bolt upright and ds2 was too little to be sitting like that at that stage. Ds2 wanted to be directly infront of me which left ds1 directly over the front wheels which made it impossible to go up curbs as I was trying to lift 15 odd kilos up and the pram would pull to one side if the ground wasn't level. I think it would be great for two babies or light children but as I give birth to giants it didn't work for us. We stuck with the strider and we now reckon it's the best pram out there for our needs and the best value for money.

I didn't like the city select, its seating just won't do what I "need" it too (both recline facing forwards or back to back) so it's out. DH didnt like the city ini double cos no travel system (thats avail in Aus and the US one is pretty crap IMO) so we may be moving onto the Stider Plus 4? I have a capsule and bassinet (from my cruiser) that will fit and it so much cheaper...looks like the one we'll end up with!
