Replacement harness for high chair? do they exist?

I've googled all day, and have given up. Is there any place that sells replacement 5 point harnesses suitable for high chairs?

They sell them in BigW and Kmart just next to all the car seats.

You can get replacement 5 point harnesses for peg perego's, along with replacement trays, liners etc.

I know of the place in Port Melbourne that sells them, let me know if you need details.
