    I also found a really good trick was to notice what number "rung" of the cradle (and then cot) my DDs' heads came to so I knew where the top of the sheet was to go. It meant I always got the your sheets at the right level and didn't have to worry about remaking the bed around a sleeping baby.

    I wrapped bub, and then used blankets overtop. Lulu has a great trick about knowing how long bub is.
    My only tip is to make sure you have plenty tucked under at the bottom of the cot, otherwise the sheets/blankets might loosen up over bub's head.
