    Steelcraft Acclaim Stroller

I am thinking about bidding on a second hand Steelcraft Acclaim stroller on ebay - i'd love to hear anyone's experience using the pram, what they did or didn't like.
I have been given a massive 3 wheeler which will be great for walking but not practical for shops or other shorter trips so am after a lighter stroller.
Any other recommendations would be handy. I want a reversable handle, full recline so suitable for newborn and wheels that can ALL independently lock, not just the front wheels.
    Thanks!

Lolly I have just bought one but as I'm only pregnant with my first I haven't used it yet!! Still, I love this pram as it has everything I wanted. The handle reverses, it lays back for a newborn, the basket is big & has a zippered cover. I measured the Acclaim up against other 4 wheeler prams in the shop & the wheelbase is narrower compared to most. It's really easy to fold up & unfold. I put my year old nephew in one at the shop & the pram was still so easy to handle. I've heard reviews saying otherwise but in my (limited) experience as long as you adjust the lockable wheels properly there isn't any trouble with weight or reversing the handle. Hope this helps.

I have one on layby. This is my third bub but my lovely expensive Peg Perago was worn out from the first 2 - but the Steelcraft Acclaim is almost a perfect replica. I took it for a good test run around Baby Bunting and it seems every bit as good as my Peg was. I can't wait to pick it up!

I won the pram on ebay and picked it up on Thursday - love it! Its in such good condition and so easy to manouvre - love it, love it, love it! And it only cost me $46 bucks so I am very happy with that little purchase. GOLD.
    Thanks for all your advice.

We just put one on lay-by today It's so hard to find a pram with a reversible handle these days! Both DF & I are happy with it from the fiddle we had with it in the store, now to pay off the lay-by and get it home!
