steelcraft strider 4? other 4 wheel prams...

Has anyone got the steelcraft strider 4? I'm agonising over prams at the moment with the added constraint of DH only wanting a 4 wheeler as he thinks the 3 wheelers are not stable enough. My concern with the strider is once baby gets to be 2 or so where are he/she legs going to rest, there doesn't seem to be a foot ledge like other prams. I'm a first time mum so maybe i'm missing something obvious??

Also has anyone got a emmuljunga city cross or cerox?

Any other recommendations or feedback would be appreciated

we have a strider 4 on layby at the moment. it was recommended to us by a few different people & it has great reviews on the product review website. we had a play in the shop & it seemed really easy to use. can't comment more than that yet!

have u looked at the steelcraft strider 4 take 2? i brought this as a gift and there is no bar to block the legs , im a bit critical of the normal strider 3/4s because of that foot bar my dd at 14months who is small but chunky there was not lot of room .

i personaly have a childcare hola , it depends on ur budget i guess . im pro 4 wheeler after hAving my phil n teds tip when dd was 2 wks old and a friend with a valco who has regular similar problems .

goodluck - have a look at choice online for there saftey recomendations

Yep - got the strider 4 and like it apart from one thing... a very wide wheel base (ie having to use the disabled lane at the supermarket checkouts). We have the bassinet part and use it all the time - particularly helpful when DS is unsettled we can rock him to sleep and then leave him to sleep there without disturbing him by transferring him to a cot etc. I do love how it is very solid and sturdy though.
