Steelcraft Transition?

Not sure if I've put this in the right place, but just wondering if anyone else has this pram?

Recently I've noticed that when the front wheel isn't in the locked position, it wobbles and kinda bounces while I am walking? If I have it locked so that it stays straight it is fine. I remember reading in the manual if you are running with it to lock the front wheel, but I wouldnt have thought I should have to when I am walking?

Kellie, I would call their customer sevice line. No pram should behave like a shopping trolley, and that is what happens to trolleys when they start to pull to one side etc. Definitely tell them you are not happy! Having the wheel permanently locked will make it hard for you to do what you need to do so they should fix it.

i have been having the exact same problem as you! It is so annoying. I am not sure what to do to get it fixed. Have you tried calling the manufacturer or anything? How did you go with them?

my DH ended up just tightening it really tight, and I havent had a problem since
