    You don't need to sterilise bottles, pump etc for bfing. The current medical advice is to rinse in cold water after use, and wash in warm, soapy water once a day or so. I am not 100% sure but I think strerilisng might not be necessary for ff either. I would probably save the money on a steriliser and boil the dummies if you use them.

    I've been told exactly what MR said, however I have the Avent electric and I love it. It fits all sorts of bottles - not just avent. Takes 6 minutes and when there's virusy bugs around made me feel better about her dummies ect.

    We bought an avent electric one, online from chemist warehouse along with the bottle warmer for roughly the same price we found just the steriliser in the shops.
    Quite happy with the both
