I used the strider DLX for DS's stroller/capsule and it had its pro's and con's.
It is big, we had a Holden astra at the time and we couldn't fit much more in the boot other than the stroller, plus we had to take the wheels off (which was easy enough to do but still a pain in the butt sometimes).
It's also quite heavy but feels very sturdy, well made and good quality.
The infant car seat capsule was great for DS for the first 6 months. He could be transferred without waking.
The handle doesn't bend but it has different lengths so you can adjust depending on the height of the person pushing the pram.
There is a bassinet attachment which we found useful when we were taking DS with us to people's houses or out when we knew he would be sleeping in the evenings.
The stroller part has 3 reclining settings which is great if your baby wants to sleep. All the attachments can face forward or backwards which I liked.
We were glad we got it, it did the job and we probably got a good year's use out of it. Then we bought a cheaper upright stroller for DS at around 1 year old when he started walking.
The only problem is now that we are having #2 we would have preferred to get a pram with a toddler attachment. Unfortunately this one doesn't have that option, so we're going to sell the strider we have and look for a double pram. But if the strider had a toddler attachment I would be keeping it for sure!
So if you're thinking about having #2 close in age to #1 (which I know always isn't a choice but you never know!!) then go with something that has the option for a toddler seat attachment.
The difference between the DLX and the plus, is that the plus can take a toddler seat at the bottom. The handle on the strider isn't telescopic but it can be moved up or down, similar to a mountain buggy handle (iykwim!). There is a slight difference in the basket size, but other than that, I don't think there is much different.
Good luck - I found pram shopping the hardest decision to make (oh and we have the blue strider and it is pretty lol!)
I LOVE my strider plus - my DH is 6' 7" and he has no issues with the handle.
we have a wagon but I know people who have the strider in little cars... you can remove both seats and fold the frame down and put the 2 seats on top - save a bit of room.
