Question Suggestions for long range baby monitor?

Hi everyone, my hubby and are are finally taking a holiday/very late honeymoon next month to Fiji (YAY!!!) and i am looking for a baby monitor that i can use while my 2 yr old is sleeping in our villa. We are staying in a villa that is about 200 meters from the restaurant where we will be eating. We will still be able to see our villa from the restaurant but i need a monitor that will pick up my son's noises CLEARLY from 200-250meters away. Any suggestions? My hubby and i haven't had a nice meal with just the two of us in soooo long and i don't want to buy a monitor only to find it doesn't work from that distance and have to miss out on a romantic dinner Any suggestions?
I've read some reviews online and it seems the Roger Armstrong ones seem good and also the Tomy walkabout??
    Thanks

Hi - hope you have a great holiday in Fiji - I took my kids there a couple of years ago and the Fijians are WONDERFUL with children. My kids were 4 and 6 then. A babysitter cost less than $5 per hour, it's really really cheap over there, and all hotels have plenty on hand. I think you might find more peace of mind doing it this way - rather than relying on a monitor, you could have a longer dinner knowing your child is not alone. Don't mean to scare (and I'm not judging) but I think most parents now think twice about leaving their kids alone after what happened to Maddie McCann in Portugal. What turned out to be a nice dinner for adults, turned into a nightmare - and her parents were not far away at all. Just my two bobs worth.....

Thanks Lee, We have thought about getting a baby sitter. DH is a travel consultant and has been to Fiji a few times and he's said the locals are great with kids and the resorts have good baby sitters, i just thought it might be easier with a monitor as my little man wont sleep if there are new faces to play with I too have my worries about leaving him alone though, especially after the Maddie incident. For some reason i just feel a bit iffy about leaving him with a stranger but i'm probably just being silly.. We've never really left him with anyone before (except for relo's) so i'm nervous about how he'll go. DH thinks he's be fine by himself as the villa is so close to the restaurant but i can't stop stressing, i'd never be able to live with myslef if something happened to him but at the same time i'll be stressing if i leave him with someone I think i just stress too much.. all part of being a mummy i spose
Anyway i think i'll bye one just to take for when DH and i have some time to ourselves sitting on the beach out front of the villa (literally 20meters) and i might just get a baby sitter for when we are at dinner just to be safe.
    Thanks for your advice
