I have one as well and love it. I had a proper change table for DD1 but because we live in a unit and we have limited space I got rid of the change table and got a cot top changer. DD2 is still in the bassinet so its not a problem so far but even when she goes into the cot I think I'll still leave it on top of the cot until she gets a lot bigger and can reach it etc.
Thanks everyone for the replies. When bubs gets bigger I am assuming it will need to be taken off everytime I am finished with it. I don't know whether this is too much bother and will get annoying or not. Any suggestions? We live in a unit too, hence the space restrictions!
Do you have room for a chest of drawers in the room? You could use the drawers for bubs clothes then just get a change mat to put on top of the drawers and change bub on that. I know a lot of people who do that idea.
Looking at buying either childcare cot top or three tier on ebay... thought I'd bump this thread along for experiences / opinions of the cot top option.
I could squeeze in a 'normal' change table, but like the idea of a cot top. I am wondering if it's worth losing out on the great storage on a normal change table if you get the cot top.
