Valco 3-Wheeler Pram

My MIL's friend has a friend selling a second-hand 3 wheeler Valco pram for $200 (was over $600 new). Anyone got one or know of them? Are they any good?

I have a Valco Runabout and it's a great pram, very easy to manoeuvre. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is very wide and doesn't fit through a lot of checkouts at the shops.

How old is the pram that your friend is selling? Does it come with any accessories like a toddler seat or bassinette? The reason I ask is that $200 is a pretty high price to pay for one second hand these days. I picked up mine with a toddler seat for $100 and on eBay some are selling for less that $100. Other sell for more, but they are usually fairly new and come with accessories.

No idea if it comes with extras. We'll be looking at it on our way down to see family at Christmas, so I guess we'll find out then.

No idea how old it is either, but from the picture we have it doesn't look too old.

If you want an idea of what they're worth and which ones sell for more, go to eBay and do a Completed Listings search on "Valco Runabout". A completed listings search just shows you items that have been sold and how much they sold for. The prices listed in green are the ones that sold, the prices listed in black means it didn't sell. HTH
