Did you also order it in White? My impression from speaking with them and the baby store was that it was all of the Bootiq range in White that apparently was the problem, and that nothing was coming in before Sept.

If I could I would so return my cot and get a whole other brand, and pay that bit extra to get made in oz as well. That was my original plan... but I got sucked into the Bootiq one.

that's why i've decided on another brand of cot, i'm so sick of waiting and they've now said 6 more weeks but i'm not holding my breathe since they've been telling me "next month" since jan, and it wouldn't surprise me if it was sept or longer.
yeh i ordered it in white. they have the walnut colour available to buy. from what i understand it was originally the white paint that was changed to a better quality.
i've only ordered a cot and i'm angry i'd be fuming if it was the whole set i'd ordered and one piece didn't arrive. it might only be a change table but it's a set. if you can't push to swap the whole set, then i suppose you can take the risk and wait ( it could end up arriving soon) or just get a similar looking one.
in the meantime, my sil put a $20 change mat from big w on top of her washing mashine and changed her bub there and it worked well for her. you could do that on top of a table, bed or w m. it's a bit cheaper as a short time substitute.

Yeah I am going to see how it goes, I will wait till Sept and just use the change mat on the table. If it still isnt here in Sept I will get a refund on the change table and maybe get one that doesnt match, or hey I might even find I really dont need it anyway.

Its the customer service at Bootiq I think that has annoyed me the most.. I dont know what the person/people you have dealt with have been like... but the lady I had was just so unhelpful and really didnt care at all.

We have the Boori sleigh cot and love it!

That is really bad service, get onto them and get them to do whatever it takes to make you happy!

    All the best

    Hello,
We have a boori ranch cot - which we love - although it is not in use yet it is all made up, and was easy to put together without instructions! The boori price tag can be a put off, but we got ours from ebay for 1/2 the price. Ours is timber so with just a wipe down and polish, any scratch marks were not visable.

Boori in white can be harder to get...

    Good luck

DS's grandfather made his cot. It's absolutely to die for, he's a master craftsman!

Has 3 levels, lowering sides and is big and solid - I love it. Has a removable change table for the top and when DS was old enough to stand up the top comes off and attaches to a stand to make a stand-alone change table.
