I also have wet bags for the clothies and clothes, and plastic baggies for the sposies, hand cream for mummy, Wet ones, breast pads, sm33 teething gel, and a pen and paper, designated nappy bag toys (a cloth book and a chewy toy).
Infact you have prompted me to go through it and give it a clean out and upgrade the toys!
I had the exact same as you ... but if i was away from home for more than say 2-3hrs i'd pop in baby panadol too (and teething gel always if bubs was teething) ... oh, and a little bottle of water depending on baby's age & if weather was warm/hot !!
I got given one of those baby safety first first aid kits ....thermometer, nail clippers, medicine dosage thingy etc....i never thought i would use it, but surprising the amount of times ive been at mums or girlfriends and noticed her nails need clipping, or im worried about temp, so just pull that out of my nappy bag !!!
