WWYD - Car seat damage......

I was putting DD's car seat back in my car today ( after getting it back from the panel beaters all shiny and clean and new- woot wooooo ) and noticed that the side head support bit, which is made of white polystyrene stuff is broken.

It is like she has grabbed the 2 side head bits and pulled them in towards her if that makes sense and on one side the foam bit is completely broken off. It sits where it should under the fabric but I am wondering if we need to replace it?

Can you buy just those parts or would we need to buy a new seat? It is a S&S Maxi Rider without the AHR.

Im pretty sure someone had a thread not long ago with the same issue & just called britax & they sent out a replacement bit.

Just for anyone who has this happen - spoke to Britax - $25 and they are sending me a new one. She was saying that the foam/white bit is for comfort and doesn't compromise safety at all and that it can happen when kids put pressure on the side to get in!
