Oh and dose it matter if i peed on the stick then stuck it in the reader? I am suppose to do it the other way around
Short answer, yes.

You are meant to unwrap the POAS bit and insert into reader until both arrows meet and you hear a 'click'. Then a flashing icon starts up and that's when the test is ready to use.
