    Evap line within 3 mins???

I did a HPT today. Admittedly it wasn't the best time of day to do it. I'd just gone to the toilet a couple of hours before, I'd recently had a glass of water and it wasn't FMU, but I did it anyway

Anyway, after about 2.5 mins I noticed a VERY faint mark at the bottom of where the control line is supposed to be. It probably didn't even go half-way up the line. I think it had a pinkish ting to it but it was hard to tell as it was just so light.

Anyway, my question is, has anyone experienced this? The mark definitely wasn't there before doing the test. Could it be an evap line? (I thought they only turned up after 10ish mins). It was a first response test.....

Any thoughts would be appreciated AND before you ask, I plan to test again on the weekend and make sure I use FMU next time, just wondering what your thoughts are in the meantime...

kawazuki - Even if it is only a 'mark' and not a total line??

didispunk - I did test with first response. I have one more of these tests left and plan to do the test again on the weekend.

Thanks for the responses so far!

A line is a line! (Even if it's not a full line! )

Sounds like you're up the duff to me!

Oh I hope so Winter but I'm not getting my hopes up. You ladies are making me feel a bit better about it though.

Now to hold off til the weekend - note to self - no more testing with afternoon urine!
