Very confused!!!!! Please help!!!!!

So my last period was the 14th August which lasted four days. DP and I had various times where we didn't use protection as we are open to TTC but exploring options as I have PCOS. This morning when I went to the loo I had a small dot of blood surrounded by CM clear nothing else except till about midday light pink discharge when I wiped. I never spot and my cycle is a very regular 35 days.
What could it have been? And when will we be able to get a positive result I am going to the doc tomorrow morning to have a blood test, is this to soon to tell. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Hi, could possibly be an implantation bleed?? Could be a good sign...
Not sure when you can test but I'm sure there are some more knowledgable BB members who can answer your questions more clearly than I can.

I thought that as well but that would mean I ovulated earlier than I thought I would/should of??

Could be post ovulation spotting. I get it sometimes.

Well I went to the doctor today which seemed like a waste of time,she thinks it will be to early to dectect pregnancy but humoured me with a blood test. She suggested I wait 5-7 days to test as my AF isn't due till the 18th.
I went to work after the doc's and forced myself to eat lunch which felt like it was going to come back up, got through the afternoon kinda hazy. The drive meme was bad, felt neuesa the whole way home, got home and was fine. Went out to get take out and once again in the car nausea. Now on the couch and to touch I am boiling but want my jumper on a super tired!!!!!

Hmm maybe it's just too early, your body doesn't make hcg unless you're pregnant. But for a BT it has to be over 25 before they tell you it's positive. Do a hpt in a couple of days

I have been trying to do some research on HCG and if the body produces it without pregnancy and it's so confusing and conflicting. Hope this is true about having to be pregnant to have it in your body!!!

I have a HPT on stand by.

many women have HCG of up to 5 in their body's all the time as a base level.

Really n2l! I've never heard of that. What a PITA when doing hpt's though. I thought I'd read it was only from pregnancy. I hope it is for you

It's why even the most sensitive hpts will only read 10iu upwards. Otherwise some women would get positives all the time.

I was thinking the same re your hcg. I know everyone is different but I didn't have any symptoms like nausea until my hcg hit the 1000s. Hope you get to the bottomof why you are feeling bad and you get your bfp.

So I finally got to the bottom of why I was feeling so crummy. I had a middle ear infection(with no ear ache, go figure) that was causing my dizziness but ended up in ED through the week and they sorted me out. Now feel great again though been cramping today, think AF will show herself on Tuesday though I hope not.
If so we will try again next month. To be honest all of this has brought us closer so I can only hope a eventual BFP will complete us both!

Well I am now 4 days late and been cramping on and off since other than that nothing else.
I also have had a negative test day after AF was due.
