    just to add another stress to the mix

    anyone ever had smudgy looking lines on a hpt was it accurate still?

    I'd need to see a photo. Was it within the 10 minutes? And was it a reliable test? I've had an evap line that looked positive before.

    within about 2 mins pz and test still in date and never had an issue with brand before.
    Kids have messed with my phone so the settings for photos arent as they should be but heres one ill get one once we stop driving as its hard to type

    I've never had smudgy lines like that before, but I still think that a line is a line! For that second line to even show up it has to react with hcg and the only way that's going to happen is if you're pregnant. I believe some congratulations are in order!

    Yeah I'd call that a bfp. The test looks a but worse for wear, that may be why the lines look like that? Guess you could just grab a first response to be sure, but I'd call that easily positive

    I think the lines are defined enough. I'd definitely be assuming I was pregnant based on that.

    Did you pee directly on the stick MrsS? I've got those tests and one time I peed on the test instead of dipping it and the lines were all funny like that..

    But yes I would think that is still a BFP..

    I thought you were TTC? Looks like a BFP to me but if in doubt you should probably test again or go to the GP for a blood test.

    i dipped it.
    Plans were put on hold traveller after being given 120 days to vacate, incredibly blessed but very bad timing

    As others have said, a line is a line, but I would be doing at least one more test to make sure.
