I'm not an expert, as I've just started using OPKs myself.
They say to start from CD11 (Cycle Day 11) and use it daily at the same time each day until you get a +ve to say that you're O-ing. This is assuming that you have a 28day Cycle and your O day is around CD14
If you CM was egg white, that would mean it's ur O day.
What day of the cycle are you at? And what's your normal cycle like?

yesterday was cd8. and my cycle have been about 30 to 31 days thats y i am confused
