Out of date HPTs

How come hpt's have an expiry date??

What happens if you use them after the date??

Would they give a false positive? False negative?

Sorry I didn't see this earlier but have you checked out a website called peeonastick dot com - they have anything and everything you could ever want to know about HPTs, photographs, weird experiments, the works. It is a great site.

I have no idea why they would expire. Maybe it's because they aren't as sensitive after a while?

I think that after the expiry date you can't truat their results. Can't wait to hear some exciting news from you!!!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but I did 3 of them, LOL, and they all said the same thing...which I think would be unlikely if they weren't working properly iykwim

But DH got me some FRER on the way home anyway which I did! No idea when AF is meant to be due though and I think it might be in the next few days so just waiting now jic...
