question about crystal clear +/- tests

i have tried alot of brands and found thse and clear blue +/- tests work with testing for me, and being af is a day late i tested this morning, got the most faintest line but was not excited by this so i left it, (was blueish) my dh wanted a look so i showed him and the line got darker! i still take it as negitive as it happened after ten minutes. i explained that to him and that we will test again, i am wondering why it had got darker after the ten minute limit it was like an hour after testing, is it evap or just dye took longer have not had this happen before, but not getting overly excited as i have previous m/c's so just waiting for a good positive before heading off for bloods.
what do you guys think, do evap lines have colour no or not, or is it just faulty or something? thanks xx

i'd say that it probably is a BFP. evap lines are clear/whiteish.

Ashlee i used the same test which came up the faintest line, so faint i didn't think i was preg ... anyway, saw the GP about something else and i happen to mention i was late and i did a test with a very faint line ... her response was " A faint line IS a line " meaning pregnancy ... well she did a test too, still came up faint ... and bingo i was preg

Getting to answering your other question, i kept my preg test and the lines DID get darker later on.

thanks so much, i had the same idea evaps arnt colour and i wasnt sure what was going on exactly.

off to buy the same brand and another brand too and see what happens, i've had two kids and used millions of tests and never had that happen. so fingers crossed its a bub, and not a false, no signs of af arriving too usually get cramps etc and so far nothing just feeling shakey and seedy alot lol

and also the fact i love HPT's love the excuse to test

Ashie - Try discover onestep, has a low hcg reading. I had a p[ositive last pgcy with it and my levels were only 10. I find it one of the best. GL, I am hoping to have someone join me in the january BB thread. hehehe

I did a crystal clear earlier this week and had the faintest blue line but the next day with a FRER was bright white and AF arrived on Wednesday.
I hope your lines get darker

just did another test faint blue line! thinkings its defently a maybe but will wait and keep testing for a week or two to be certain i had a early m/c last month and in jan so i know it happens alot for me hopefully it stays this time
