omg, i have been trying for a baby pretty much since my 6yr old daughter was born,

well i have been feelig ill and sore boobs and bloated the symtoms u no, and today i thought i would buy a 3 pack of first response,
i did a test tonight and it came up with 2 lines staright away, i have been on optifast to lose weight and have lost 20kgs and of course getting this im gonan stop,

has anyone had false pos with these, as i have thought i was preg many times before and i have neevr had 2 lines ever, when i got pregnant with my daughter i went to dr not pee on stick

what r the chances this is pos thanks, as i have always been pretty irregular

I used a first response test from a 3 pack with this pg and got 2 lines really quickly too I'm really pg so it was def a true positive...So congratulations sounds like you could be pregnant!

You have more of a chance of a false negative than a false positive.. I would say you are pregnant, unless the test is faulty?? Go to docs and get a blood test.. Oh and congratulations if you are

I used 1st response with both my PG's and with DD1 there was a FAINT line the first time to the point we thought nothing was there, 3 days later 2 bright pink lines... hmm

DD2 is due in Jan and this time the 2 lines were up pretty much within 30sec.

blessedatlast is right through, You have more of a chance of a false negative than a false positive

I would book in to the Dr's and get everything confirmed 100% but sounds to me like your PG.. congrats if you are... GL!

Did you say you got a 3 pack?? If you still have 2 left do another one! Then you can rule out a faulty test.

Edit: I used first response test at 4 weeks with DD and got a REALLY faint pink line so a strong line - especially at night sounds very promising

well i took another one tonight, it was also 2 lines,

so thats 2 tests tongiht with 2 lines, so looks like im off to dr to confirm thansk guys heaps

went to drs she did pee on stick to and it was pos, so she wont do blood yet she said wait 4 weeks then go back, so was a positive, 3 tests said so thanks heaps guys oh is it normakl to not do ultrasound yet, she said they dotn need to yet, she said just wait, she said im 6 weeks and 2 days

yea 6 yrs of wanting another pretty much, well at least 5, i went on depo shot when hayley was 6 months old, and then i also gained 20kgs with her,
just been on optifast lost 21kgs and now found out im pregnant lol
im happy though, and so is evryone in the family

I lost 10kilos at curves before i fell PG with DD, it seriously makes a huge difference i think, i am still classed as obese (technically) but have had happy & healthy PG's (touch wood with this one) i think it's just when our body is ready and willing...

Yes it's normal for them not to do an early u/sound unless there's a reason for it. A lot of Dr's will just give you the info on how to look after yourself in early preg (which you'd know from your DD) and then wait out the first trimester before beginning regular ante-natal care / monitoring. All the best with your pregnancy!!

thanks heaps guys, i think its still setting in, i was so naughty today went to kfc and had spicy zinger burger i been cravng one for ages lol but been on diet shakes so havent had any thing like that in ages, im not gonan start just had to reward lol

but i am gonan watch what i eat and try not to gain to much, but as i see it, doesnt matter about me so long as baby is healthy in end, so if i end up back to what i was then ill go back on shakes again, my little girl hayley she is so happy and excited she keeps telling eveyrone about it lol
