TTC after the pill - help!

Hi Everyone!

I'm brand new here just starting TTC

I'm having trouble figuring out when I'm ovulating and hoping someone can help...
I stopped taking the pill on July 1, the first day of my AF. Haven't had any sign of AF's return so far, but HPT on August 6 was BFN.
I was on the pill for 4 years and throughout that time I routinely had EWCM during the middle of the cycle. I have had what I would describe as EWCM pretty much the whole time since stopping the pill...some days there is nothing then the next is EWCM?

Is it just my body freaking out thinking it's ovulating when its not? Also how long should I wait before getting worried about AF's disappearance?

I can only go on my experience and say that I came off the pill in March and my body is still trying to adjust. I haven't had a regular period since I came off, granted I was never regular while I was on it either.

I have found that Vitex is really good in regulating cycles and EPO assists with producing CM, but I haven't been on either for any real length of time.

If you are getting stressed about it, go and see your dr early next week if AF still hasn't decided to show up.
