Jos - I didnt have incompetent cervix as such but I had pre term labour complications and very early dialation with my second son, but went on to have zero issues with my third. From your history though Id say your chances of IC is higher but if you really want another baby and your OB is on board then I would discuss with him what plan of action you can put in place and then make your final decision! We've all here been faced with similar choices (relating to miscarriage) about whether or not to TTC again so we all know the feeling and hard choice to make

Speaking of TTC, my cluckiness has reared its head........Ive been super lucky to have had it last til now considering by the time both the older boys were 9mths I was 2nd trimester pregnant with the next one. Definately no babies in our future for atleast 18mths from now; maybe not ever if DH has his way. I just feel a bit lost right now, Ive practically always been the one pregnant or with a newborn..............its like Ive lost my identity
