Why Girls are Different - And How to Help Them Grow Up Happy and Confident
this book By Steve Biddulph (Foreword by) and Gisela Preuschoff

He also does a Raising Boys and also a Complete Sectrets of Happy Children

He is very good..my DH read the Raising Boys from cover to cover and found it quite useful.

can anyone tell me some actual techniques in these books that helped,
words to use
responses
etc
to adverse behaviour in different ages from 2-5
as i currently cant read anything but would appreciate some hints you learnt from these books thanks.

The "No Cry Discipline Solution" is a good one - can't remember the author but it uses a gentle parenting philosophy...

Ditto - I am reading this book atm and it has helped me more than any other book. Elizabeth Pantley is the author Google her!!!
