I honestly dont know anyone who hasnt done it

Sometimes its the most peaceful time of the day. Sometimes I just drive until I think they've had enough sleep. Other days we come home, park in the driveway and I have this awesome moment of reading the mail in peace, reading a book , or having a nap myself.

I always do! And if its really hot and we've had a Sucky day/night, I will sit in the car with the aircon on for an extra 10 mins or so! DH thinks I'm nuts lol

    I've done that too

Whatever works! DS was never a good sleeper so we were never in there long anyway.

I keep a book in the car for these occasions (or hotspot the phone and 'net on the laptop)

Definitely done it too (and still will if someone falls asleep in the car), although as others have said I've done more the drive to nowhere - my kids seemed to sense when I turned the engine off and woke up. Like Cranky Kitten, I've found a few dream houses over the years on my rambles. And you're wrong you know. With two babies you do it even more because both your darlings asleep at the one time is WAAAAAY too good to mess with!

I'm all for it too! I live inner city and don't have a garage/driveway and times like those are the times I really wish I did have one. So to make up for that, I have been known to pull up at the cafe up the road and order a coffee to have in the car while I wait.

Done it with the two also when they fell asleep in the last 5 minutes before home (what is it with holding out till the last possible minute!?!) I pulled up under a tree around the corner, reclined my seat and commenced the trio of napping

    Enjoy it I say!
