    ...Big sister presents??

    Heya All,

(sorry if there is somewhere else this post is meant to be, but couldn't find anything!)

Am hoping someone can give me some ideas, or some websites where I can get some ideas on gifts for my daughter who is about to become a big sister!

My daughters birthday is on the 30th of October and her baby sister is coming on the 31st October!!

So really wanna get her something, kinda FROM the baby? so she won't think everything is all about bubs! (if that makes sense)

    Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo, any ideas ladies????

    Thanking you in advance!

A doll, doll house, book, vtec pad, puzzle, chalk board, farm animal set, puppet.

    Good luck

When DS2 was born he gave DS1 a jack in the box. They both love it still.

DD1 was 3 when DD2 was born and they are 8 days apart with their birthdays. DD2 gave DD1 a kiddie camera to take photos of her with, a fisher price medicine bag and a book called "I'm a Big Sister"

    DD1 loved all the presents.

Yep we're doing the same thing ... something from the baby to DD for being a "Big Sister". I was thinking of a doll but other suggestions have been colouring in things, a special teddy, a "big sister" top.

You could try googling "Sibling hamper" or "Sibling gift" which should bring up some websites.

    Hope this helps

Maybe something like a book that she could help read to the baby once she is born?!! There are quite a lot out there about being a sibling that could work! Otherwise maybe a little piece of jewellery that she will keep for a long time, like a little pendant or something?

My friend gave her DD a baby doll so she could look after her baby while my friend cared for her DS
