Trouble finding suitable clothes for a 4yr old who is super tall (in size 7-8)

I was hoping someone might point me in the right direction to buy/find clothes suitable for my DD4yrs old. She is very, very tall for her age and is currently wearing size 7 clothes. I am finding it very hard to find shorts that are long enough and tops which are not to mature for her.

I also need the shorts/pants to have elastic as she has low muscle tone and can't undo the buttons on pants etc to go to the loo.

Target is horrible for style+cost+wear, Big W is ok, Best and Less have horrible styles out atm.

She goes to preschool 3 days this year and big school next year.

Have you tried pumpkin patch? I know they're expensive but their styles are much nicer than target etc.

How about the target basic range? I find their plain coloured no print/picture T's and leggings quite good. We bought 2 pairs of black leggings for $8 each today which also came in a blue, green, white, purple and two pinks I've got them every year for as long as I remember (she's 7 this year) and she out grows them before she would out wear them, many many many pairs have been passed on to her younger cousins.

I buy a lot from kids wear online. It is a Perth based store & have really good prices especially during sales. I only have boys but worth a look to see for your DD.
