Thanks ladies, Arimeh you made me cry (and no its not pregnancy hormones).

I know all you are saying is right, i was probably as apprehensive with ds as he was our first and we were first time parents learning the ropes. In a way the unknown was exciting though as we learn't together and this time i know how hard it can be and how overwhelming i found some aspects of having a baby (and all in all we were really luky with ds). I just need to get that excitement of the unknown back lol.

DS is certainly not a toddler that will sit and watch telly or play with a box of toys, he is much too busy for that so hopefully i can get used to feeding in a sling or something very quickly to make my life easy. Then again three months is a long time in the life of a toddler so i keep telling myself that ds will be different by then and may actually enjoy some down time every now and then
