2 yr old waking through the night

Thanks everyone it is going to have to be me and hubby persisting on this and i know he is going to get cranky but so be it time for the tough love i think.

It was funny last night - i told him to look at me and i said "now this is your only milk bottle for the night once it's finish it's only water ok? Well he looked at me and laughed!! I had to keep a straight face but the little monkey decided to sleep straight through to 6am had a couple of grizzles but i left him and then he climbed out at 6.45am, i think this kid understands more than i think. Even his brother was looking for a school shirt this morning for school and he went straight into the basket on my bed and grabbed it for him - he's one of those kids that doesn't talk alot but boy does he know whats going on

That is so adorable!! I am so glad that he took it well - it's always so scary that there is a chance you won't sleep all night long when you change routines on them like that.

I hope he keeps sleeping through for you!!

Ash unfortunately i know that was just a bit of pure luck last night, but i think i might tell him the same thing every night just to remind him before he goes to sleep.
