Update: I found this King Island Dairy belgian chocolate thingy that'll be perfect for dipping (saves me working out how to do choc fondue)! Also got some fresh dates (mmmm) and almond bread, and of course some chocolates. Mmmmmm I was tempted to test out the choc thingy for dipping consistency today but I thought I'd better not or there won't be any left!

I can confirm it is good dipping consistency! Sensational. Like a creamy mousse i guess.

I'm not really a sweet tooth (I know, go figure!) so something tapas-like would really rock my boat. Like mini rice balls with a tomatoey sauce and some chilli garlic prawns and some sort of gooey cheesy mess. And more mini stuff and more gooey stuff. Yum.

You can get some heart-shaped moulds and cook either some cakes with pink icing or some cheeses (fruity cream cheese) are nice too.

Fiona, oh I'm drooling now. I've never learnt how to do tapas and canapes but I agree it's the best yummiest food possible! Oh dear maybe it will have to be a two-course supper!

Kazbah, love your heart shaped suggestions and I didn't think of the fruity cheese but agree it would be sensational.
