    Ingredients (serves 4)
    275g reduced-fat fresh ricotta cheese
    2 teaspoons orange rind
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup honey

    Method
    Place ricotta, orange rind, orange juice and honey in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Refrigerate til set (about 30ish mins). Serve.

    Ohhh dear I had no idea there were so many sweet dips out there...what a terrible thing for me to discover!

    Sarah, can I ask... how do you make Baileys dip? I looooove Bailey's... (there is a bottle in the pantry just waiting for me to not be PG anymore )

    passionfruit cream.

    sooo yummy.

    passionfruit pulp 3 tins
    cream whipped 300 mls
    vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

    mix together and enjoy
    great with mango, bananna, melons etc
