I usually make a batch of muffins (peach melba, blueberry or choc chip) or a chocolate slice or biccies, made a lemon meringue once. I love baking and use my turn at mothers group as an excuse to bake

I will be getting DP to bring an assortment of scones home from work (he is a baker)!

The other mums have baked a cake, made scones w/ jam and cream, etc etc.

Okay I totally cheated and went out and bought chocolate profiter roles with grand mariner custard, lamingtons, tim tams, strawberries (thought I should add a healthy choice ).

I think I will have to practise baking before I bake for mothers group as I am not very good at it.

Kaz- would love a caramel fudge recipe! Yum!!!
