I've bought wholemeal pasta for the kids but when I make pasta I use the 00 flour. Given pasta is one of the few things I'm guaranteed they'll eat I'd like to make wholemeal too. Does anyone know if I use just normal wholemeal plain flour or if there is a wholemeal 00 equivalent? I know I could just give it a go but I'm fairly time poor at the moment so don't really want a disaster if I can avoid it
