if you where making chorizo risotto would you add cooked chorizo once rice was cooked or cook it with the rice??
Try the BHG recipes - Karen Martinez did one a little while ago, I think she cooked it before the rice?
When I do mine, I brown the sausage first and then slice it (easier to slice that way) and then fry up the slices and add them to the risotto rice towards the end, say with the last cup of stock.
